Meet Christina Porter, Ed.D.

Dr. Christina Porter is an award-winning educator, leadership coach, and thought partner committed to building people, programs, and systems that serve with purpose. With over two decades of experience in K–12 education, mentorship design, and culturally grounded leadership, she brings both head and heart to every room she walks into.

Driven by the belief that transformation begins within, Dr. Porter founded SavvyHER Education Consulting to support organizations in holding space, educating minds, and reimagining systems. She works alongside schools, nonprofits, and youth-serving teams to create environments that uplift people and make strategy feel human.

Her doctoral research explored how community-rooted mentoring can shift life outcomes for young Black men—and her work continues to champion identity-affirming, equity-conscious, and people-powered approaches to leadership.

Whether she’s coaching a leadership team, designing a mentoring framework, or facilitating a room full of educators, Dr. Porter shows up with clarity, compassion, and conviction.
